The Bengal is a breed of cat originally created by crossing domestic cats with Asian Leopard Cats, a small spotted wild cat found across Asia. Most Bengals, including the ones here at Sakura Bengals, are at least 4 generations away from the wild cross and are considered domestic. Bengals have the look of the wild with the personality of the domestic. They are active, playful cats who are often known to play in water, fetch, and "talk" to their owners, however each one is an individual with its own personality traits.
